Employee SMS Consent Evidence

This page documents the exact consent language shown to authorized employees
before they use the Internal Idea Capture SMS program. Opt-in is not public;
employees are provisioned individually by a company administrator. This page serves as
publicly accessible proof of the consent experience for A2P 10DLC campaign review.
Opt-in method
Administrative employee provisioning (single opt-in path). There is no public
web signup form and no SMS keyword opt-in (e.g., no JOIN). Steps:
- Administrator adds employee mobile number to authorized-senders allowlist.
- Administrator sends the provisioning message below (email, Slack, or in-person).
- Employee reads consent language and texts the assigned program number from that phone.
- First inbound text after provisioning = consent to receive transactional SMS replies.

How it works: Text a work idea to your assigned number from this mobile phone. The system creates an internal ClickUp task. You may receive automated transactional SMS replies (confirmations and command responses only). This is not marketing.
By texting the program number from your authorized mobile phone, you agree to receive automated transactional SMS messages from Drop Industries, LLC for this internal program. Message frequency varies with use (typically one confirmation reply per idea you submit, plus occasional command replies). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS replies. Reply HELP for command list and support. Reply START to re-enable after STOP.

Verbal / in-person alternative
If provisioning is done verbally, the administrator reads the consent paragraph above (from
“By texting the program number…”) and confirms the employee agrees before first use.

Opt-out
- Employee texts STOP at any time.
- Administrator may remove the number from the allowlist.
