Opt-in method (single path — administrative provisioning)

There is no public signup form, no keyword opt-in, and no marketing list. Opt-in is completed through the following internal workflow:

  1. A company administrator identifies an employee who needs access to the idea-capture SMS line.
  2. The administrator adds that employee’s mobile phone number to the authorized-senders allowlist in the internal admin console (Firestore-backed configuration).
  3. The administrator provides the employee with the dedicated program phone number (via email, chat, or in person) and the program overview below.
  4. The administrator confirms the employee understands:
  5. The employee’s first text message to the program number after being provisioned constitutes consent to receive transactional replies for this internal program.

What happens when an employee texts in

  1. Employee sends a standard SMS from their authorized mobile number to the assigned program number.
  2. The system verifies the sender is on the allowlist.
  3. The message is converted into an internal task in ClickUp (project management).
  4. The employee may receive an automated transactional reply (e.g., confirmation with task link, or command response). Replies are not promotional.

Message frequency

Frequency varies by use. Typically one confirmation reply per idea submitted, plus occasional command replies (HELP, LAST, UNDO, ADD). No recurring marketing or promotional messages are sent. Message and data rates may apply.
