This Program is an internal operational tool operated by Drop Industries, LLC. It is not a consumer product.

Your mobile phone number (as provided by your carrier to our SMS provider)
The content of text messages you send to the Program number
Timestamps of messages and delivery metadata from our SMS provider

How we use information

Create and manage internal task records in our project management system (ClickUp)
Send automated replies confirming receipt, commands (e.g. UNDO, HELP), or errors
Maintain an internal audit log for troubleshooting

Message content may be processed by automated tools to generate a task title and short summary.

Sharing of information

Mobile information and messaging opt-in/consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share data only with service providers required to operate the Program:

SMS delivery provider (Twilio)
Cloud hosting provider (Google Firebase)
Internal project management (ClickUp)
Optional AI text processing for task formatting (OpenAI), when enabled

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your use. Each idea you submit typically generates one confirmation reply. Command replies (HELP, LAST, UNDO, ADD) generate additional messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out

Authorized users may stop receiving messages by texting STOP. Text HELP for assistance. Contact your administrator to revoke access.

Retention

Messages and derived task records are retained according to internal business needs and our project management retention practices.
