Drop Industries, LLC (“Drop Industries, LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company and the legal entity behind Drop (drop.band). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the Internal Idea Capture SMS program (“Program”) operated by Drop Industries, LLC at https://drop.band. By texting a Program phone number after being authorized by a Drop Industries, LLC administrator, you agree to these Terms with Drop Industries, LLC.

About Drop Industries, LLC

Drop Industries, LLC operates Drop (drop.band), tools for artists and music teams. This SMS Program is an internal operational service for authorized Drop Industries, LLC employees and contractors — not a consumer-facing product.

Opt-in and consent

Participation is limited to Drop Industries, LLC employees or contractors who are explicitly authorized by an administrator. See: Opt-In & Message Flow and consent evidence template.

Before first use, a Drop Industries, LLC administrator adds the employee’s mobile number to an allowlist and provides the program number plus required disclosures (message and data rates may apply, STOP/HELP, privacy and terms links). The employee’s first text to the program number after being provisioned constitutes consent to receive automated transactional SMS replies from Drop Industries, LLC (confirmations, command responses, and error notices). This is not a marketing program.

Program description

The Drop Industries, LLC Internal Idea Capture Program allows authorized employees to text a dedicated phone number to log internal product and operations ideas. Messages may include photos. Content is converted into internal task records and may receive automated confirmation or command replies from Drop Industries, LLC.

Eligibility

Access is limited to Drop Industries, LLC employees or contractors explicitly authorized by an administrator. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Supported commands

• Send any message — create an internal task from your idea (photos supported)
• HELP — list available commands
• LAST — view your most recent capture
• UNDO — delete your most recent capture within the configured time window
• ADD <note> — append a note to your most recent capture
• STOP — opt out of SMS replies from Drop Industries, LLC for this Program
• START — re-enable SMS replies after STOP

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with use. Each idea you submit typically generates one confirmation reply. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
