Purpose: Transactional SMS replies when employees text work ideas to a dedicated internal number — task confirmations, HELP/LAST/UNDO command responses, and STOP/START opt-out messages. No marketing.

Drop Industries, LLC (drop.band) builds tools for artists and music teams. This SMS program is an internal employee operational tool — not a consumer product. Employees text ideas to a company phone number; messages become internal ClickUp tasks.

How employees opt in

There is no public signup. A company administrator adds the employee's phone to an allowlist, shares the program number and consent language, then the employee texts their first idea. See the full workflow and consent template:
